Do I need an existing customer list?

No. We set up a way for guests to opt in, so you can start building your list.

Who writes and sends the campaigns?

We do. You share your specials and events, and our team plans, writes, and sends 4 campaigns per month.

How does the per-text cost work?

The monthly service is $97, plus 1.9¢ per text sent. Sending one text to 500 guests costs $9.50.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Your complete setup is included.

Do I have to sign a long term agreement?

We only ask for a 90-day commitment in order to have the time to build out your list and see results. After that, it's month-to-month. Cancel at the end of any billing period.
